We are seeking skilled and motivated Facility Management Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving the performance of building systems and infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for occupants.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment life and minimize downtime

Manage energy consumption and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and sustainability

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building operations and safety

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services

Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and emergencies promptly

Participate in capital improvement projects and facility renovations

Manage and analyze facility-related data to inform decision-making and optimize operations

Train and supervise facility technician as needed

Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures
