To further enhance our brand impact, we are looking for an Event & PR Coordinator/Specialist to join our team. Position Overview As our Event & PR Coordinator/Specialist, you’ll be responsible for organizing and executing dynamic events and managing PR initiatives that strengthen Wrong Gym’s community engagement and brand presence. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help plan large-scale fitness events, exclusive member gatherings, and build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers. Primary Duties
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-brand events alongside Marketing Manager & General Manager, including beach bootcamps, wellness retreats, fitness activations, and collaborations with partners
Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, KOL, and key stakeholders to promote Wrong Gym
Assist in creating press releases, event communications, and post-event reports
Collaborate with sponsors and partners to secure resources and ensure seamless event execution
Manage all logistics, including venue arrangements, event setup, timelines, and guest list coordination
Ensure brand consistency across all PR initiatives and event touchpoints
Monitor and track media coverage, event performance, and community feedback
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing creative strategies for community engagement through events and PR
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event coordination and public relations, ideally within fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries in Bali / Indonesia
Any successful proven experience as Marketing Coordinator will be considered.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Strong communication and networking skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets
A creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and community building
Knowledge of social media and digital PR trends is a plus
Any Digital Marketing skills or willing to develop skills in this area is welcome
