Equipment Superintendent
- Responsible to lead and implement effective Preventive Maintenance Program and Improvements to Surgical Manufacturing Equipment.
- Utilize engineering methods to drive productivity, sustain machine availability/efficiency and deliver exceptional product quality.
- Lead and implement effective preventive maintenance program related to manufacturing equipment of Surgical operations.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment in compliance state and able to achieve utilization target.
- Lead cross functional teams to resolve and implement effective CAPA to complex problems.
- Lead MRO inventory management and strategic purchase to achieve allocated budget on maintenance expenses.
- Drive Lean Culture, lead continuous improvement efforts and contribute to site CIP savings target.
- Lead site key projects and coordinate cross functional teams to achieve implementation targets and milestones.
- Provide leadership and accountable for HSE & 5S implementations.
- Provide strategy on people development and succession plan, inspire and shape Alcon culture.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Degree in Engineering or relevant field
-
At least 4 years of experience
-
Proficient in communicating in English both verbally and written.
-
Experience on Automation Process Control, Automation Systems Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Failure Analysis, Hazards and Risk Control and Policy Management and Troubleshooting (Service and Repair)

Knowledge in Microsoft office Word, Power Point, Excel, Basic Minitab, Data Trending.
