- Conduct routine inspections of restaurant equipment, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen appliances, and plumbing fixtures.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment and facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant staff and address any equipment malfunctions or failures promptly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems, and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment service history, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and guests.
- Collaborating with other team members
- Having work experience in the same field (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Technical certification or relevant trade school education is preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to speak English
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
