Conduct routine inspections of restaurant equipment, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen appliances, and plumbing fixtures.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment and facilities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant staff and address any equipment malfunctions or failures promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems, and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external service providers when required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment service history, repairs, and parts inventory.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and guests.
Collaborating with other team members
Having work experience in the same field (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)
Technical certification or relevant trade school education is preferred.
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to speak English
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
