- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and the ability to adapt to guest preferences for international dishes.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
