Job Responsibilities
1. Compile and archive all inbound documents (BTB, Invoice, Supplier Travel Letter). 2. Record employee attendance and overtime data. 3. Create inbound and outbound reports. 4. Hand over the BTB document (Proof of Goods Receipt) and return form to the supplier. 5. Arrange all administrative documents neatly and completely. 6. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area. 7. Carry out additional tasks given by superiors/Cross Supporting. 8. Can communicate well internally and externally, especially regarding the Inbound & Outbound process.
