Qualification:
- At least 1 year of experience as a marcomm
- Able to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns - Proficient in content or video creation, from scripting to directing - Capable of editing videos using Cap Cut on a smartphone - Able to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines - Creativity and proactivity are essential Responsibilities: Content Ideation: - Brainstorm, research, and pitch original content ideas for social media and website articles, tailored to specific clients, campaigns, and target audiences. Content Creation: - Produce high-quality videos (Reels, Tik Toks, You Tube Shorts, longer-form You Tube content), images, and captivating copy for social platforms. - Write clear, informative, and SEO-friendly website articles that align with client brand guidelines and messaging. Editing: - Skillfully edit videos using relevant software. - Proofread and edit website articles for grammar, style, and clarity. Platform & Website Expertise: - Stay up-to-date on trends, features, and algorithm changes across social platforms. - Have a basic understanding of website content structure and SEO principles. Community Engagement: - Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Analytics: - Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, conversions, and website traffic), and suggest data-driven optimizations. Job Type: Full-time
