3+ years relevant experience in Cloud Engineering / Support role
Excellent understanding and proven experience in Public Cloud implementation, workload migration and operational support in a multi-site enterprise environment
Proven experience plus relevant professional certifications (Azure)
Experience with networking principles, system administration of Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), Linux (Red Hat), Dev Ops (AKS), configuration management and continuous integration technologies (Docker, Jenkins)
Experience offering implementation, operation, and maintenance service
Solid comprehension of the ITIL framework
Experience negotiating and scheduling patching windows with developers and application teams
Experience managing monthly patching of a Windows or Linux environment
Exhibit critical thinking and the capacity to structure unstructured problems
Ability to communicate in a straight forward and structured way to influence and connect with others, in both written and verbal communication
