Catalogue Admin

Bali.Love is an Australian wedding company based in Bali and now looking for Catalog Admin as part of our growing company!
Reporting to: Head of Admin
Major Goal:
The role of the Catalog Admin is to responsible for managing the product catalogue, involving adding new products, updating existing ones, organizing products into categories, ensuring accuracy of product information, and making sure that the catalogue is user-friendly for customers.
Catalogue Admin will be responsible for:
  • Catalogue management: adding new products, updating existing product information, categorizing products, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting the catalogue in a user-friendly manner.
  • Update product in catalogue, including ensuring that Terms & Conditions are valid as required.
  • Maintain contact with venues and vendors, in order to have updated information to published in the catalogue.
Job Description:
  • Managing Catalogue: add, update, delete and organizing existing products.
  • Product Information: check all the information about product, published/unpublished from catalogue.
  • Collecting New Product: in depth research for products to complete the catalogue.
  • Dealing with Venues/Vendors to have their newest product. Including the Terms & Conditions
Requirements:
  • Must be Denpasar, Bali based.
  • Must be able to speak & write in English proficiently
  • At least 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments and events.
