Brand & Marketing Lead
Requirements:
1. Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years working as a Lead or Manager in Marketing project or creative project within fashion or beauty companies
3. Fashion enthusiast.
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
5. Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn; agile and able to adapt quickly.
6. Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics.
7. Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly, a strong analytical, data driven mindset.
Job Description:
1. Conducting market research & Consumer insights
2. Establish and maintain brand budgets
3. Develop custom marketing and advertising strategies
4. Developing and implementing communication strategies
5. Leading and oversee marketing teams
6. Set and manage kpis: Measuring the success of marketing campaigns
7. Organising product launches and promotional event
8. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
