Requirements :
-
Having at least 7 years of experience with a background in the Distributor / FMCG industry.
-
Experienced in managing GT (General Trade) and MT (Modern Trade) business.
-
Possessing good negotiation and communication skills.
-
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
-
Placement : Tangerang or Semarang.
-
Responsible for overall operations at the branch being led.
-
Responsible for achieving sales targets at the branch being led.
-
Responsible for achieving AR (Accounts Receivable) targets at the branch being led.
-
Responsible for overdue invoices.
-
Managing DOI (Days of Inventory) according to company standards and ensuring A/R (Accounts Receivable) is collected on time.
-
Conducting stock opname (inventory checks) at the warehouse.
