Responsibilities:
Handle invoicing, payment, and liaise with customers and suppliers.
Escalates customer disputes or inquiries to relevant departments and ensures proper follow-up.
Prepare and issue accurate invoices for our Saa S and GPS tracking services.
Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients.
Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy before processing.
Resolve any discrepancies in billing information promptly.
Updated and maintained detailed records of customer billing accounts.
Manage recurring billing cycles and subscription renewals.
Address and resolve customer billing questions and issues efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing-related financial reports.
Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
Continuously improve billing processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Graduate of any Accounting / Business Admin courseĀ·
Efficient with good skills in implementing standard procedures
With min. 1 year of experience in Billing or equivalent.
