Job Description
Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other required items.
Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Monitor guest needs during events and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event.
Assist with event preparations such as checking equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in order before the event starts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and guest satisfaction.
Follow all safety and hygiene standards as required by the hotel.
Qualifications
Previous experience in banquet or event service is an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of service.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
