CONTRACT

Develop test plans, requirements, test cases, test steps, defects, and test execution (functional and non-functional) through a Test Management application.
Conduct SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), regression testing, and performance testing.
Perform testing for application program improvements or bug fixes.
Create a defect/bug list.
Provide remedial actions for system/application fixes that are tested.
Prepare detailed documentation for each test conducted.
Ensure all project requirements are delivered according to the project scope, as evidenced by test scripts and test results documentation.
Develop automation tests.
Develop performance tests.
Ensure that front-end (FE) input matches AS400 results for both transactional and non-transactional testing.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a university majoring in MIPA (Mathematics/Physics) or IT: Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Technology.
Minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
At least 3 years of experience as a middle-level tester.
At least 1 year experience in Automation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall and/or Agile).
Strong problem-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team with good interpersonal skills.
General understanding of banking business processes, particularly digital banking products.
Familiar with FSD (Functional Specification Document) and TSD (Technical Specification Document).
Up-to-date with the latest knowledge and technologies.
Proficient in and able to use test management, performance testing, and automation tools such as Jmeter, q Test, and/or Tosca/Katalon.
Experienced in operating AS400.
