Architect
Job Summary
1. Undertake design works for a varied range of projects, from concept to full detailed design, using the appropriate design codes and standards
2. Ability to assist and develop architectural layouts and themes of a building and land parcels, using a range of architectural techniques and software
3. Understand health and safety matters, with the ability to carry out risk assessments and apply to design
4. Ability to choose and propose finishes and develop material boards for client approval
5. Ensure that the quality of drawings and technical specifications, are in accordance with the design and comply with design standards/Planning Consents/Building Regulations/Legislation
6. Assist with preparation of design presentations
7. Assist with production of reports, drawings, specifications, schedules
8. Convey information and explanations as required to the Client/other Consultants/Project Manager/Construction Manager/Contractor
9. Architect must report to Senior Architect/Discipline Head regarding activities in the department that deals with: - The progress of the project - Changes to the planning - Problems and difficulties in the project i.e. in planning, communication, coordination, manpower, etc.
Requirement
1. Maximum 35 years
2. Proven work experience as an Architect or similar role
3. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architect
4. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
5. Have a strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
6. Highly initiative and organised, diligent, hard worker
7. Strict adherence to deadlines
8. Placement in Tangerang
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 24 months
