About the Role
Responsible for delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and leaders
- Work with relevant channels to conduct gap analysis, establish training plans, design training classes and training materials on AIA's products and also services as well as selling techniques
- Coordinate and conduct relevant training
- Supervise and evaluate training programmes, assess results and implement improvements as needed
- Deliver Leadership Training Program & follow-up action program to maintain high quality standard on all program & training result
- Build capability of Leader through structured & practical program to ensure Leader has mentality, behavior and capability to hire the team
- Offer learning consultation to improve Leader’s proficiency & capability.
- Develop and transform leader capability to become Agency Builder
- Risk Management to ensure all program meet business ethic and regulation standard
- Maintain update and regular tracking for all training activities in Regional coverage
