Job Responsibilities: - Conduct stock opname of goods. - Archive delivery notes and shipping memos. - Input and reconcile cash and cash expenditures. - Create and summarize project petty cash reports. - Coordinate with the purchasing team regarding procurement. - Update project progress reports. - Collaborate with the finance team for invoice handover and follow up on customer payments. Qualifications: - Minimum D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience as a Project Admin or in a related administrative role, preferably with experience in construction or project management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Strong communication skills, detail -oriented, and precise in work. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Fluent in English, both verbal and written (is a MUST) - Good time management skills. - Understanding of basic financial administration (cash entries, petty cash, expense reports, etc.). - Preferably based in Bali or willing to be stationed in Bali. - Able to coordinate with various teams (project team, purchasing, finance, etc.). - Capable of multitasking.
