Admin Assistant for Luxury Jewelry Brand Location: Near Ubud, Bali, Indonesia Company: CARINA HARDY Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, On-site About Us: CARINA HARDY is a luxury jewelry brand that specializes in fine and demi-fine jewelry. We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team on-site at our office near Ubud. Key Responsibilities: Jewelry & Merchandising Management:
Assist with displaying, managing, and reporting on jewelry inventory.
Help with merchandising tasks at consignment shops.
Conduct regular inventory checks at the office and across all boutiques.
Order & Project Coordination:
Manage logistics (Gojek, DHL) and purchase materials.
Assist with sourcing findings and follow-up on project progress with vendors.
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and tracking fulfillment.
Data Management & Reporting:
Format and update data in Google Sheets.
Maintain updated dashboards and assist with report preparation.
Outreach & Coordination:
Manage contact lists and update contact status.
Visit vendors to communicate project goals and pick up materials.
Content & Social Media:
Prepare content for social media (cropping images, adding logos).
Upload content to Instagram and other platforms based on the provided schedule.
Administrative Support:
Organize company files, emails, and folders.
Upload product details and other content to the website.
Skills & Requirements:
Must be proficient in English.
Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Prior experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
