Job Descriptions:
Assist clients to setup applications appropriate to clients' requirements
Provide product training to users
Provide consultancy for a client about best practice Accounting Software
Maintain account portfolio to ensure activity in usage and transactions.
Support and provide solutions to clients’ issues
Gather client’s information and implement them to the system
Assist the developer team with bug testing of the application and new features
Regularly report to the manager about client’s needs and problems
Requirements/Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or equivalent
Required skills: accounting. Having knowledge in tax is a plus
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
Fast learner and independent
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Able to work under pressure
