We are hiring for
ACADEMIC MANAGER
This role demands an experienced English teaching professional to lead curriculum development, teacher training, and maintain academic excellence.
Job Description
Develop the center’s teachers in their professional abilities and duties accordingly.
Communicate clearly and effectively with teachers to reduce confusion in regards to teachers’duties.
Ensure all required paperwork and reports are submitted by the assigned due date and time.
Encourage and motivate the center’s teachers in their daily tasks.
Requirements
Minimum S1 (Preferably Majoring in English)
Having minimum 5 years experience in education, preferably have been in a managerial position
Strong English proficiency (minimum C1)
Demonstrates a strong interest in developing Teachers' skill-set and well-being
Having TOEFL IBT/ IELTS certificate is preferred.
