Warehouse Process Specialist

Location
: Zalaegerszeg, Hock János. strt. 55.
Scope:
Measures and analyzes warehousing performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions. Manages projects to design and optimize warehousing processes.
Main activities - What will you do?/
- Define the internal flow architecture based on Schneider Production System
- Global architecture for warehouse
- Kanban loops between inventory & workstations
- Definition of water spider loops
- Organisation for the evacuation of finished products and waste
- Ensures reliability of Warehousing time definition
- Ensures safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities
- Define and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in MPH & Warehouse
- Adapt to a continuous improvement approach the MPH & WH in order to optimize safety, quality, time, cost
- Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs
- Data ownership:
- Manage in the ERP the updating of the storage strategy when modifications are required
- Manage in ad-hoc system the updating of all standard times when modifications are required according to productivity rules
- Manage in ad-hoc system the updating of the organizational structure of the warehouse (storage types, storage locations, …) when modifications are required
Expectation - What qualifications will make you successful?
- Has relevant engineer degree
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Lean and Warehouse process knowledge
- Has a minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Is fluent in English and Hungarian language
- Has high level MS office skills
