Become a functional and systems expert in one or more Finance business areas including business processes, purpose, rules, logic, and data.
Drive business effectiveness and efficiency through innovation, flexibility, and alignment with technology.
Define, analyze, and prioritize business threats and opportunities including cost/benefit analysis.
Implement projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practices.
Develop project management plans including but not limited to scope, schedule, resource planning, setup, testing, communication to stakeholders, training, documentation, post implementation support, support handover, etc.
Support production critical issues and implement continuous improvements, including severity 1 issues which may take priority from time to time.

Develop proficient-level expertise in respective business area and makes suggestions on priorities using project management tools.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Experience working experience as a Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, System Analyst, IT Project Management or equivalent.
Experience using & enhancing large scale integrated financial reporting systems, preferably Oracle e-Business suite, Oracle EPM Cloud and Tableau will be an added advantage.
Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong starter, self-motivated, adaptable, must be proactive, able to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure.
Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills especially in English– both written and verbal with the ability to communicate and work with Global team.
