Job Flexibility:

Main Responsibilities:

• Supplier component introduction process and release;
• Ensures early involvement from SQM and suppliers, guarantee the Maturity Evaluation availability;
• Ensures the Supplier Component Review execution and on time Sourcing Decision;
• Ensures quality status feedback to Project Team and guarantee in time release of new components;
• Guarantee hand-over from SQM CI to SQM SP;
• Components development and release;
• Maintain a Supplier Quality Management System;
• Assure measurements and activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and services;
• Quality targets and to optimize the efficiency of the purchasing, quality and logistic processes;
• Drives Supplier Improvement Programs, evaluation and audits, participate on Supplier visits abroad.

General requirements:

• Degree in engineering or other related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience at a manufacturing company
• Experience for supplier management
• Knowledge in supplier manufacturing processes
• Advanced level of English language
• User level knowledge on MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge on Quality standards and statistical methods (APQP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, 6Sigma, 8D, Ishikawa, basic quality tool and so on...)
• Great communication skills
