Core Job Responsibilities

Take part in planning, designing, development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting and operations of our corporate business applications, including participation in all systems life cycle and project management activities.
Analyze, identify, research, and recommend technology and business solutions to meet business requirements and IT system standards.
Provide effective written and oral communications within and outside the IT Department
Mentor junior team members
Work collaboratively with global development teams located in the US, Europe and APAC.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Basic Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of IT
3.0 minimum cumulative (overall) GPA
3+ years of application or software development experience
Strong interest in working with technology and programming.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a geographically distributed team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Day to day operational support
Proficiency in multiple technologies
Must have understanding of, and exposure to RDBMS database systems
