Swoosh English is an online English exam academy founded in 2013. We provide online courses and lessons to students conducted by a team of fully qualified and experienced English teachers in order to help them pass their IELTS/OET/PTE exams.
We’re looking for our next online sales executive.

This is a full-time remote position. You can apply from anywhere in Europe given you have the right skills and a great internet connection. Working hours will typically be between 8am-5pm London GMT Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work.
Key areas of responsibility

Dealing with daily sales email, social media direct messages and inbound sales calls.
Sales follow up with emails
Liaising with leads in online webinars and following sales closing procedures
Email and lead filtering to correct department
Tracking leads via a CRM system
Tracking of sales and closing ratios
Attending weekly sales meetings and inhouse sales training sessions
Sales reporting and updates
Dealing with opt-in sales funnels
Working closely with the founder and owner

Required experience/attributes:

At least 2 years of demonstrable sales experience
Professional/Business English level
Technically competent and able to use a variety of software and applications, including CRM systems
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding Sales KPI’s and other targets
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
Ability to be proactive and plan ahead
A fast and stable internet connection (This is a home-based position)
Access to a tidy and professional work-space with good lighting, video and audio (for video-sales)
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and organized
A willingness to learn and engage in further CPPD
Professional and approachable attitude with great listening skills
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Possess a sense of humor and exude professional and personal positivity
Have a keen interest in helping students improve their English

Desirable experience/attributes:

Has experience with typical sales software or can express a willingness to learn
Ideally has sales experience in the education sector or a willingness to learn
