Plant Manager - Lenti, Zala

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Plant Manager - Lenti, Zala to join our growing team.

Your Responsibilities

Managing all strategic, tactical and operational processes and services at the Oettingen site for effective and cost-efficient operational management
Achieving annual targets in accordance with the annual budget agreement
Disciplinary and technical management of the operational teams at the Lenti production site (approx. 140 employees)
Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legal requirements, particularly in the areas of EHS and warehousing
Defining, managing, steering and monitoring production projects in cooperation with the European JELD-WEN matrix functions and sites
Ensuring the availability of relevant knowledge through continuous development of competences in the area of responsibility

Your Profile

Degree in engineering or business administration ( university or university of applied sciences)
Training in industrial engineering, operations engineering, general management or similar
At least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the wood processing industry and in matrix organisations
Experience in developing technology strategies and managing large and complex projects
Business fluent in German and English (at least B2 level)
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
Structured, solution- and result-orientated way of working
Comprehensive user knowledge of the production planning modules of ERP systems and MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, Power Point)
