Tasks:

Execute and coordinate creative planning and advertising material production activities under the leadership of the Marketing Manager.
Actively participate in the production of various creative materials, ensuring strict adherence to ZEISS central creative guidelines, and collaborate closely with the central marketing communication team for high-level implementation.
Work with agencies and coordinate their efforts in producing creative and other marketing materials. Select the most suitable suppliers for ZEISS through tenders, with company management approval.
Participate in the development of the marketing strategy in compliance with ZEISS guidelines.
Contribute to both internal and external corporate communications.
Edit/guide the development of various content types (flyers, banners, posters, advertisements, circular letters, etc.).
Coordinate the development and production of marketing materials.
Manage and coordinate the company's web-based activities (social media, website, intranet, etc.).
Ensure the execution of the company's central brand guidelines.
Coordinate and supervise the company's media and creative agencies.
Support the marketing activities of ZEISS's Hungarian optician partners.
Monitor marketing support provided to partners.
Handle and coordinate the storage and utilization of advertising materials.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role; experience in the optical sector is advantageous.
Strong understanding of marketing/digital marketing principles and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English.
Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, content management systems).
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
