Responsibilities

Definition of warranty obligations, responsibilities with the customer (Inverters, On Board chargers and e Axles systems for electrical vehicles)

Investigation and analysis of warranty and 0 km customer complaints
-
Documentation of warranty analysis, compliance with the required processes, customer and Valeo QRQC requirements.

Collect warranty outage data, summarize analysis results and support presentation to the customer, escalation if necessary

Conducting product failure analyses

Liaising with partner departments, foreign manufacturing or R&D centers
Requirements
-
Technical Studies (e.g. Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, etc)
-
Interest in the automotive industry
-
Knowledge/interest in statistical analysis tools, basic electronics, microcontrollers, programming languages.

Experience in similar fields would be an advantage (e.g. quality, process engineering, validation)

Hungarian language (Advanced)
