Creation of a system for facility operation and maintenance, building a team and performance management;
Operation of the build up systems;
Tendering of external maintenance partners and service providers, daily connection;
Correlation of machines and equipment via various system certificates and regulations;
Coordination of projects aimed at the development of the facility (CAPEX), from quotations till the project’s end;
Preparation of cost efficiency plans;
Installation and acceptance of equipment for new production plants;
Maintaining contact with the HQ company and subsidiaries;
Defining and monitoring KPIs, creating reports;
Integration of the principles defined in the company’s culture into daily operations.

Elvárások:
University degree and experience in electrical engineering,mechanical engineering, or other relevant fields;
At least 10 years experience in factory environment;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operation and maintenance;
Experience in managing a large team (min. 20 people);
Excellent multicultural leadership skills;
High level communication and conflict handling skills;
Flexible problem-solving skills;
Fluent English knowledge for negotiation;
Knowledge of HVAC system operating (troubleshooting and maintenance);
Knowledge of process management softwares: Project, Auto CAD, 3D modeling programs, MS Office;
Knowledge of system certificates.
