During a working day, the customer service specialist performs the following tasks:
- Acts as the customer's most important point of contact within the customer supply chain with the customer or a group of customers, from taking the order to settling financial invoices
- Ensures the daily entry, management, and processing of incoming orders
- Tracks deliveries, deductions, sales promotions, and returns
- Continually consults with the sales department and the warehouse in the Czech Republic
- Collects delinquent invoices and takes steps to reduce outstanding balances in cooperation with the credit department
- Provides precise solutions to ad hoc tasks

Expectations:
- Intermediate English and native Hungarian language skills
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of integrated systems (SAP)
