Job Duties and Responsibilities
Development of quality assurance processes in the CNC area, coordination of insourcing projects from quality standpoint (feasibility, technical reviews, to be the voice of quality)
Implementation of new projects with special focus of APQP, support and documentation of APQP processes (FMEA, CP, PPAP)
SPC/MSA improvement across the CNC area, Process monitoring (Q-DAS) to be developed further
Complete management of suppliers in the CNC area (creating and sending out complaints, evaluating suppliers)
Regular review and if necessary, updating the parameters of incoming goods inspection
Registration and handling of supplier complaints and evaluation of received 8D reports
Organization and supervision of sorting / follow-up work in case of quality complaints. If an external company is involved, maintaining contact with the company, preparing follow-up work/sorting instructions and supervising and evaluating the external work.
Preparation of cost allocation per suppliers to the finance department
Blocking and releasing components in the company management system
Preparation and active participation on external and internal audits, support the change management process
Utilization of quality assurance tools, preparation of daily - weekly - monthly KPI reports, pareto analysis, cost analysis
In case of non-compliance of production indicators, finding out the cause of the error and striving to eliminate it
Preparation of the 8D report for the customer in case of customer complaints
SIP and systematic elimination of non-conformities found on the repair station
Supervision and coordination of quality assurance technician
Order RS1 / RS2 as needed
Education and Qualifications
University degree (specialization in Mechanical or Quality Engineering)
At least 5 years of experience in the field of quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
Reading technical drawings, knowledge of measuring techniques
Knowledge and practical use of quality management tools
Structured problem solving abilities
Must be a self-directed and motivated individual who is willing to accept responsibility
Must be able to handle stressful/pressure situations in a professional manner
Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP
Fluent English is a must
