Job Title: Call Center support representative
Location: Remote, Europe, Hungary, Georgia, Poland, Slovakia.

Position Overview:As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our US-based clients. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and providing solutions promptly and efficiently. This role offers the opportunity for career growth and development in a stimulating and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding various products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

Energetic, responsible, and organized individual with a quick learning ability
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
English proficiency at B2 level or better
Available to work on US shifts.
Previous experience working for an American company is preferred
Has previous relevant experience related to:
Medical Billing or
Health Insurance or
Collections or
Workers Compensation
No-Fault
