Please note that this role requires colleagues to work in shifts and is based in Debrecen Office ( with hybrid working element to it (3 days from the office and two days from home).

Key responsibilities

The role holder is responsible for the support of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) solutions within one or more disciplines. In scope there are the market-leading unified collaboration tools like Zoom, Ms Teams and Cisco Web Ex beside BT's own services.
Provides technical support, resolving escalated technical issues within their own work area. Part of the operational support is to ensure KPIs and agreed SLAs/SLTs are achieved.
Delivers support on projects, carrying out elements of the research, analysis and/or delivery.
Identifies and manages major incidents. Occasionally provides on the job training to other team members and keeps the customer informed.
The role involve liaising with internal, external and third party suppliers, coordinate inter-working testing and fault isolation / repair. Responsible for monitoring event management systems.
