3-Month Contract Opportunity: Resident Engineer in Hungary!

We have an open positions for the following location: Kecskemét
Key Responsibilities:
On-site client support at assembly and delivery factories
Respond to customer complaints within 2 hours after the problem issue occurs: arrive on site to confirm the specific fault situation, provide feedback to the customer service engineer, fill the on-site survey list and take a related detailed image
Inspect and address product anomalies (rework, selection, return, etc.)
Communicate with customer SQE teams and manage complaint logs
Ensure prompt resolution of technical issues in collaboration with customer service engineers
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or power battery industries
Proficiency with electronic/electrical testing equipment (multimeter, CAN box, wire harness,..)
Knowledge of high-voltage EV battery systems is a plus
European resident with Class 2 electrician certification (preferred)
Fluent in Hungarian+ in English or Chinese
Valid driver’s license
