Our communities of practice include Organisation Design & Workforce Strategy, People- related topics like reward, performance, talent development, Change Management & Communications, People Analytics & Insights, Skills Strategy and Social Strategy along with DEI maturity DEI assessment and Gender Pay Gap analysis.


Your key responsibilities


As a Manager of the workforce transformation team, supporting our People Advisory projects, you’ll be expected to:

  • Understand in depth the people and organizational implications of transformational programmes from strategy through to execution, in order to perform among other tasks, the following:
  • Design HR strategies that are fit for the future, whilst monitoring and evaluating the return of investment thereafter
  • Have the ability to assess organisations’ needs and aspirations and support in advising the stakeholders involved. Understand HR related practices and methodologies
  • Have the ability to design and coordinate large engagements on behalf of our clients in a complex HR environment while collaborating with diverse teams and capabilities

  • Act with responsibility and accountability in areas such as scoping and planning of the components of the delivery plan with a strong emphasis on interdependencies with other programme workstreams or other stakeholders involved in the project .
  • Contribute to business development opportunities by drafting high-end and applicable solutions and proposals and support the development of new go to market propositions in order to strengthen the Pw C brand.

What we are looking for:

  • A BSc in Business Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences or any related field. An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area of focus is not required but will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience (internal or external), where you can demonstrate that you have developed your business acumen and an in-depth knowledge on the above
  • Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables expected by Pw C
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams
  • Willingness to continue learning and develop your skills as a consultant
