Summary
The Integration Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining various system integrations which include application to application integrations, services, internal and external APIs, file transfers, and SQL queries. Primary responsibilities will also include troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to our clients.
We are looking for an experienced System and API Integrations Specialist to prepare product API instructions and guidelines for clients, support the integration process by responding to their requests and perform end to end system tests. He will be part of the development team and will have close collaboration with other teams.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinate and execute tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners on API integration matters.
- Conduct testing to identify any issues or inconsistencies in the interactions between systems and ensure that the overall system behaves as expected.
- Develop and maintain API documentation, including endpoints, payloads, authentication methods, and error handling.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of integration processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to API integration.
- Prepare reports of the integration status.
Requirements
Technical skills
- Minimum 1 year of working experience on Postman and REST API calls.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems.
- Basic knowledge of Java.
- Intellij knowledge will be considered an advantage.
Soft skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills,
- Creative problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions and workarounds when faced with technical challenges or limitations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team culture.
