Introduction about the Organization

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant , to join our HR team at Oinofyta and assist in achieving our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll and benefits administration

Supports the data analysis, HR KPIs and various statistical reports

Maintains the HR systems in line with the ongoing demands of the business

Participates in various HR projects

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

University Degree

0- 2 years experience in the HR field

Excellent command of English, level C1- C2

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

People oriented

Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills with attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
