Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Hospitality school graduate
- Knowledge of PMS
- Fluency in English and Greek language (both spoken and written) plus strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Computer skills (MS Office and Reservation Platforms)
- Multi-Tasking
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Welcome the guests to the hotel ,assist with any requests they might be having and escort them to the properties
- Perform the check-ins and check-outs in a courteous manner, while establishing a rapport with the guest
- Guest billing
- Update all guest profiles and upcoming charges
- Answers incoming calls, processes bookings by telephone and email correspondence.
- Overlooking operations ,reservations and sales
- Promotes the hotel facilities and ensure that a maximum of bookings at the hotel restaurant
