Ella Resorts is a newly established hospitality management company, boasting a collection of eco-chic hospitality properties. In 2024, Ella Resorts is operating a portfolio of 7 lifestyle & family resorts on the islands of Rhodes, Corfu & Crete, offering exceptional quality and service excellence. In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Fitness Instructor .

Scope
Create and execute individual and group training programs and indoor and outdoor activities
Fitness assessment and creation of individual client training program
Providing health, nutrition and lifestyle advice, offering a holistic approach to fitness and wellness
Ensuring the health and safety of customers
Constant encouragement and guidance
Ensuring the cleanliness, safety and proper functioning of all equipment and fitness areas, as well as the wider spa area
Knowledge of the trends in the field of fitness and proposing ways to improve the services provided
Welcoming and guiding customers, explaining and advising on the spa's menu of treatments and care products
Promote products and services and perform spa reception duties
Knowledge of all spa services and products, and promoting them within the hotel facilities in order to provide a holistic experience for the customers.

Requirements

Must be a TEFAA graduate
Must have at least 3 years of experience as a physical trainer
Excellent knowledge of English
Methodology, attention to detail and customer service orientation
Neat appearance, cleanliness
Courtesy, professionalism, pleasant and friendly personality

The following will be considered a plus
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Swimming pool lifeguard certificate
Experience with children and organizing activities
Knowledge of a second foreign language
Previous experience in a 5* hotel environment
