About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Shop Project Manager to lead the complete upgrade and transformation of our current e-commerce website. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to the final launch, ensuring that all aspects of the e-shop are optimized for performance, user experience, and sales growth.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Shop Project Manager to lead the complete upgrade and transformation of our current e-commerce website. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to the final launch, ensuring that all aspects of the e-shop are optimized for performance, user experience, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage the full redesign and upgrade of the e-shop, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Collaboration with Tech Team:
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and the technical team.
- Clearly communicate business needs, objectives, and feedback to developers, designers, and IT support.
- Monitor the progress of the tech team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Regularly update senior management and other stakeholders on project status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from various departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the new site meets all business needs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the new site is thoroughly tested for usability, functionality, and performance.
- Oversee user testing, A/B testing, and other quality assurance processes to refine the final product.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring they are resolved before the new site goes live.
- E-Commerce Strategy:
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies into the new site.
- Ensure that the site upgrade supports the company’s overall e-commerce strategy, including conversion rate optimization and customer engagement.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for the new site, including user guides and operational procedures.
- Train internal teams on the use and management of the upgraded e-shop platform.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale e-commerce projects, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web development processes, and UX/UI principles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals.
- Skills:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
