About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Domestic Orders Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of domestic orders, ensuring smooth operations between our external 3PL partner and our clients, including public entities such as hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical sector.

About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Domestic Orders Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of domestic orders, ensuring smooth operations between our external 3PL partner and our clients, including public entities such as hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical sector.
The main accountabilities of the role include:
Order Management (RAFARM / VELKA / Public Sector)
- Input and manage domestic market orders (RAFARM products) and orders from public institutions (e.g. hospitals, EKAΠΥ, OKANA) for execution by our external 3PL partner.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure order fulfillment.
- Issue and process relevant documents (e.g. Delivery Notes, Invoices).
- Handle customer returns.
- Provide customer service and support (stock levels, shortages, quality complaints, deliveries, discrepancies).
- Coordinate sampling and shipping of samples to international laboratories.
- Monitor stock levels
- Bachelor degree (ΑΕΙ-ΤΕΙ) in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in order management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or logistics sector.
- Familiarity with 3PL operations and public sector processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English.
