Job Title: Corporate and Commercial Loans Supervisor
Location: Greece – Ziraat Bank Branches

Job Description:
Ziraat Bank is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Loans Supervisor for its branches in
Greece. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s corporate
and commercial loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing
financial solutions that meet the needs of corporate and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate and commercial loans portfolio, ensuring effective risk

management and creditworthiness assessments.

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, offering customized financial

solutions to meet their business needs.

• Evaluate and approve loan applications based on the bank’s lending criteria and

regulatory guidelines.

• Monitor the performance of loans and ensure timely repayments, taking corrective action

in case of delinquencies.

• Work closely with the credit risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to both

internal policies and local regulations.

• Conduct financial analyses and risk assessments to support loan decisions and ensure the

bank’s interests are protected.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the corporate and

commercial loan portfolio.

• Provide regular reports to senior management on loan portfolio performance, risks, and

opportunities.

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and ensure a seamless

lending process for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial lending within the

banking industry.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis, and loan structuring.
• Excellent relationship management skills and ability to negotiate with corporate clients.
• In-depth knowledge of Greek banking regulations, particularly related to corporate

lending.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English is required.
