Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the company's growth through strategic planning and innovative solutions. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of achieving targets, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and sales pitches.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
  • Map potential clients both for strategic partnerships and direct clients - and maintain a database with contact details and key people.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare the proposals.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
