The Role We are seeking to recruit for season 2024 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members. Our kitchen brigade is a major part of our team, since he or she will be the faces of The Rooster and our hospitality principles offered to our guests. He or she needs to become an extension of our vision, to be able to understand our ethics & policies, to seize them and apply them within their everyday life. To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home. We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one-of-a-kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism.
To be successful in this role you will have to:

Previous service in respective positions min. 2 years
Good knowledge of Greek and English (written and oral)
Teamwork at work, flexibility, and ease in communication
Orientation to the result and the achievement of the goals
Ability to organize and coordinate.
Requirements
Degree in a corresponding specialty
Ability to multitask
Good communication skills
Eager to be trained, able to process information
Experience in the F&B hospitality service is a plus
Seasonal occupation
Passionate for work and evolvement.
