Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant,
- Customer service mentality and guest satisfaction driven,
- A complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar,
- Ability to keep track of stock and submit orders,
- Working knowledge of POS systems (ideally Micros),
- A love for coffee and excellent coffee-making skills,
- Ability to maintain workstation aligned to Hotel’s cleaning & Hygiene standards,
- Ability to comply to health and safety regulations,
- High levels of energy & diligence,
- A keen eye for detail,
- Flexibility, reliability & a spirit of cooperation,
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
