Profimedia.CZ a.s. is an international company focused on media business with operations in 8 countries of Central and Eastern Europe. We are specialists in providing licensed visual content (photos). A significant part of our activities is partnership with the global company Shutterstock, Inc.
We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Backoffice manager in Athens, Greece .
What you will do every day:
Support our media customers (contract preparation, photo search, photo pricing, creating customer and user accounts).
Supporting our Greek team (preparing contracts, arranging appointments, working in our administration system)
Ensuring the day-to-day running of the new office as we are looking to replace the current one
Handling correspondence and emails
Keeping records of business contracts
Organising corporate events and buying gifts for our clients
Organising business trips - flights, hotels
Supplying office supplies
Cooperation with the finance department - processing of accounting documents, domestic and foreign payments (invoices, salaries, taxes), invoicing, sales reports, receivables reports
Social media management
Cooperation with our accounting companies – keeping records of the petty cash, bank transfers and incoming payments, employees working hours and vacation days, travel orders
