Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Timely address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
