You will be an integral part of our Services Engineering central function at Alstom, working within a dedicated Transformation team focused on achieving our strategic 2030 objectives. This role provides the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals and experts, who play a pivotal role in driving significant changes across our global engineering operations. The position will be first based in Berlin, with an option for a next location.
We’ll Look to You For:
Coordinating and managing our training projects. You willl develop courses on Elucidat, design effective training pathways, organize sessions with meticulous retroplanning, and define the necessary tools and methodological supports. This includes creating engaging e-learning modules, videos, and blended learning formats.
Develop internal communication strategies to foster collaboration, information sharing, and engagement within Services Engineering.
Share information via our monthly newsletter, intranet site and Microsoft Teams Group
Create video content and podcasts to highlight our engineers and their expertise, write technical articles
Organise internal online events such as webinars, community calls and workshops while making them dynamic and interactive thanks to collaborative tools from Microsoft or Klaxoon
Create E-Learning courses with Elucidat tool

Educational Background: Master’s degree in Communication, audiovisual media or equivalent. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in these fields, and some professional experience, are also highly encouraged to apply.
Key Competencies for Training Development : You have a knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies, with the skills to creatively develop a variety of training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and blended learning formats.
Proficiency in communication tools: You’re comfortable using communication tools like Canva and Power Point, and you have experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with Klaxoon to enhance the dynamism of online meetings is a definite plus! Additionally, familiarity with Elucidat or other tools for creating e-learning content would be a great bonus.
Teamwork & creativity: You are known for your curiosity, creativity, and ability to come up with innovative solutions. You have great interpersonal skills, enjoy collaborating in teams, and thrive in cross-functional environments. You demonstrate reliability and have good writing skills.
English is required; other foreign language is a plus. Your ability to convey ideas and engage with diverse teams matters.

Location:
You will begin your journey at Alstom’s regional headquarters in Berlin, Germany. This initial phase provides an opportunity to connect closely with our maintenance site in Hennigsdorf, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of our core operations and engineering practices.
Throughout your 24-month contract and if you wish for it, you will have the opportunity to be located in two different countries. This dynamic aspect of your role is designed to expose you to various business areas within Alstom.
