Job description
Main tasks (with indication of quality and quantity targets, as well as deadlines) :
Responsible for establishing all custom and transport documents (Invoices, Delivery notes, Packing lists, shipping orders, export declaration, Carnet ATA’s…)
Responsible for shipping material all around the world and follow up
Support the team for tasks related to shipping administrative documents
Staff, financial and material responsibilities (with indication of quality and quantity targets as well as deadlines
Establishing all documents needed in accordance with corresponding law.
