Your new job involes these tasks:
- Acquisition of new leads and projects: You should not be afraid to approach people physically, via email, or the phone to find out the needs and pain points of customers.
- Managing newly acquired projects as well as already existing projects. This means following up regularly with customers and other stakeholders, for instance by providing updates and information (e.g. scheduling and conducting meetings with them).
- Internal communication: Translate customer wishes and feedback with our CTO into adaption of our products and solutions.
